一般而言，S-Box會為客戶即場加上標籤作出辨別，標籤上並且有客戶資料紀錄。
發現儲存盒有損毀情況，會作賠償嗎?
一般而言，S-Box會購買一般水火險，而每箱物品亦會作出最高不多於港幣三百元賠償金額。而儲存盒會在雙方面當面檢查清楚在沒有損毀情況才入倉，假若發現儲物箱在非人為情況下損毀，本公司可免費給與同一大小之儲存盒更換。
儲存盒一經打開後能翻用嗎?

Have you ever thought of where is your storage box are located after your storage boxes been pick up? Most of the storage box company won't tell you the exact location of their storage warehouse, But in Sunwide S-Box we allow customer to visit our site to manage their stored item during office hour.
For office document during the 7years?
For office document during the 7years period of keeping for taxation office purpose may require you take or store up some of you doc but most of the storage box company relies on minivan to delivery and it took ages until the actual doc to arrive. Our S-Box service allows you or your colleague to come and collect stored item with low cost, saving time and money.

Yes, once you contact our friendy staff we would arrange a suitable time to fit your schedule for pick up
Is there any deliver or pick up service other than office hour ?
Yes, We do provide transport service after office hour but please book in advance.
How to secure my own storage box ?
We would provide a unique label and signature is required in order to identify your box.
Insurance?
We will provide insurance up to $300 against water or fire damage for each Box (Before the Box has been store the item will be check by both parties to prevent any argument)
Is the Carton storage box reusable ?
For security and avoid any argument, once the box has been open, it is not reusable. The price of the carton box starting form $29
